Time is ticking away on 2009 and before long the ball will drop and the curtain will close. This is the time of year where people reflect on the year gone by, and look forward to the memories to be created in the year ahead. I started to think about this and started wondering which blog got the most attention in 2009. It didn’t surprise me to find out that it was the product announcement from Oshkosh when we announced the GTS TAS and TCAS I traffic systems, the G500, SVT for the G600, the GAD 43, the G3X, and Pilot My-Cast by Garmin’s iPhone and iPod Touch app. Believe it or not, all of these products are available today, which is remarkable considering how many products we announce every year.
Of these announcements, the product that hit the shelves the most recently is Pilot
My-Cast by Garmin on the iPhone. Pilot My-Cast launched on the app store late last week, and it's an aviation weather, flight planning and flight filing
application exclusively for customers in the 
U.S. and Canada. The
iPhone and iPod Touch version of Pilot My-Cast is designed to take
advantage of the devices’ gesture-based user interface. Get more info
